For a company at Rotterdam we are looking for a Project Manager with about 3+ years experience in the IT Industry.

We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen the Operations Team.

• As project manager you are responsible for coordinating and supervising multiple projects simultaneously. The nature of the projects are very diverse, it's possible that you will be in charge of the delivery of dedicated servers to one of the customers while you're also coordinating the build up of a new PoP in one of the remote datacenter locations.
• As project manager you are a true spider in the web, as you will working and communicating with almost every department on a daily basis. Skills and competencies show up in different forms and can be based on different experiences, that's why we strongly encorage you to apply even though you may not have all the requirements listed below!

Your responsibilities:

• Write project plans / PID's and organize kickoff meetings,
• Challenge departments on their responsibilities in the projects,
• Define and track project KPI's,
• Manage project activities in order to mee project scope and succes criteria,
• Ensure an optical flow of information both to the clients and within the organization. You are the point of contact for the customer during the project,
• Drive, consolidate and communicate such as roadmaps, internal and external updates,
• Contribute to the improvements of the delivery process and/or tools,
• Communicate information correctly internal and external.
  

Your skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in information Technology or a related field,
• Project Management training/certification (i.e. Prince 2) is preferred,
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management in the IT Industry,
• Fluent in Dutch and English,
• Basic Understanding of information technology knowledge of datacenters & hosting preferred,
• Solid experience with collaboration tools such as MS Office, Jira or Confluence,
• Good organizational and prioritization skills, tolerance to ambiguity, transparency,
• Self-motivated problem-solver and attention to detail,
• Creative thinker, always fins a way to get things done,
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
