For a company at Amsterdam we are looking for a Sales Manager.
Purpose of this job is to manage and develop a pipeline of leasing opportunities outsite the existing customer base and convert these to sales, attracting and retaining business from all areas of commerce. The role is primarily focussed on and accountable for delivering new lettings and retaining signed new business at the Data Centre. The objective of the role will be to actively contribute to and support the local organization in achieving the lettings targets as set out in the annual business plan.
The role will be entitled to participate in the sales commission plan and key account management plan. It is anticipated that the role will participate in all stages of the sales process, including contract negotiations and the entitlement to commission under the sales commission plan which will reflect the level of direct involvement in each new letting.
